Spinemeter developed a system of articulated back protectors which unbreakable thermoplastic shells are articulated. This articulation allows the anterior flexion of the trunk, but does not allow the harmful hyperextension of the spine thanks to a stop system. This system of shells offers an optimal protection against direct impacts and hyperlordose. It conserves also an excellent mobility, Spineguard Spinemeter is designed to wear comfortable underneath a jacket.

Warning! Wearing back protector does not protect against compression fracture risks. Though it does lower the risk onto spine fractures.

Spinemeter sizes from 4 to 7 shells depending on the height of the wearer. Dorsal protection with 4 shells for body lenght beneath 140 meter.
